Casting: List and match profiles corresponding to the expectations of a role/position (find the right match according to a characterization map)

Casting is a module to identify the profiles corresponding to the expected of a role or position (the map of characteristics).

Ideal for recruitment, internal mobility, Agile projects or transformation projects.

Casting provides:

  • List of profiles sorted by % match: Depending on the expectations of a position or a role, a ranking of the corresponding profiles per % is displayed

  • Template Library : You have now had access to a library of expected role models or pre-characterized positions.

Casting is found by adding the "Casting" element in a MapScan (discover Mapscan)

If your MapScan is already created and open:
1. 1. Where you want to embed your list of collaborators ranked in order of relevance, click "Add an Item " in your slide (if not available click "Add slide" to access it)
2. Selection "Casting", follow the process

1-Selecting Scope: Within Casting, choose your scope - either a team or the entire company. This selection determines which employees will be matched.

2- Choosing or Create a Characterization Map: You have two options for selecting a characterization map:

  • 2a.Use a pre-configured map from the model library, curated by Map&match (click on Template Library, Select your Template, click on "Close Library")

  • 2b. AND/OR Customize your own characterization by clicking (1 click RC5 / 2 click CT5 / 3 click RI5), you might already be familiar with.

You can choose a Template in the library and customize this template

3-Ranking Profiles: After setting your criteria, click on NEXT ==> profiles are sorted by relevance. You can view the names, their mini maps, and individual profiles in real-time. If you're only interested in matches above 50%, you can set a threshold to update the list accordingly.

A blank mini map at the top allows for filtering based on T5 talents. For example, if you prioritize profiles with the Strategist talent, you can select the corresponding circle. You can add multiple talents and even opt for one talent OR another using checkboxes and filters.

4-Selecting Profiles: Once your filters and/or threshold are adjusted, select the list with a checkbox system (4a) and click VALIDATE (4b).

5-Finalizing the List: The identified list from your MapScan appears. From the menu at the bottom of the list, you can:

  • 5a.Generate the collective map of your list to add to the MapScan.

  • 5b.Add characterization corresponding to the list.

This methodical approach allows for a nuanced and efficient matching process, leveraging both predefined models and customizable options to align individual profiles with role expectations, thereby facilitating targeted and effective team or project assembly.
