MapTeam: Create / Edit teams and view associated map
MapTeam is the module that facilitates team creation and modification by showcasing the associated collective map.
1- To utilize this module, you must navigate to the dropdown menu and select MapTeam.
2- Selecting the Scope: In the first column, choose your scope by selecting a company and then an already configured team if available.
3- Displaying Your Target Team:
3a - If it's already set up: Select the company in the first column and then the team in the second column.
3b - If not, add users of your choice from the first column.
4- Visualizing the Collective Map: The third column reveals the collective map of the target team, where you can apply filters to display T5 / CT5 / numbers / percentages. This visualization aids in understanding the team's collective capabilities and how they align with organizational goals
5- Saving the Team: After configuring your team, you have the option to save it on the platform. To create a new team, click on SAVE, then name it and/or affiliate it with an already created parent team.
6- Modifying an Existing Team: To modify a team you've selected in the second column (such as adding or removing members), click on Save. This is ideal for reorganizing your company.
For Visualization Only: If your goal is merely to visualize the map, simulate changes, or conceptualize team creation without making any changes, you can return to the dashboard.
Integrating with MapScan: If a team has been created or saved, its collective map can be integrated into MapScan by adding a map and selecting the specific team.
