Mass processing: How do I clean my database?

Mass processing allows you to select all profiles that you definitely want to delete in 1 click with a GDPR friendly feature.

1. 1. Click on the Menu of the platform

2. Click on "Mass Treatment"

3. Write and click on the Company or Team of your choice, all users will be selected by default

4. Option: Click GDPR and only users who have not logged in for more than 24 months will be selected

5. Click "Clear" all selected users will be removed.

Any deletion is final

You can find and export the list of all users who have not logged in for more than 24 months from "GDPR" in the Platform Menu.
