What is a dispersed profile and what way forward?

At the end of a user's questionnaire, it may appear as "Dispersée" (seen user at the end of the article). This indicates that responses could not be consolidated due to a dispersed character of the choices as analyzed by our platform.

You can reset their profile so that it re-reads their questionnaire.

1. 1. Click on the user's profile.

2.An explanatory message to read is displayed, click on "Reset T5 Profile"

You can easily see a profile scattered from the dashboard: the message "Dispered Profile" is displayed instead of pellets

The profile has been delivered to zeal and the user can re-run his questionnaire by logging in to the platform with his email and password. He does not receive a notification.

It is up to the sponsor or partner to advise the user of this zealous discount. You can copy/paste the communication suggestion.
