What is the "X5" check mark and how does it work? (holes in the racket)
X5 is a feature that clearly identifies holes in the racket of a team. The holes in the racket are the points of attention in the comparison exercise between the expected and the profile of the team.

2. Click on the box of the talent you want to highlight, a second click to remove it.
X5 appear and disappear by activating or off the X5 check mark.
If no user has the talent clicked in X5, a attention sign appears.
