How do I automatically create a collective map and a people review of my team ("scan the team")?
This step requires creating your team upstream:How to create a team?1. In the drop-down Menu at the top right, click on "Companies"
2. Select the company containing the team to be mapped
3. Click on "Team", then select the team of your choice.
How to find your team + quickly?
Tip 1: To find your team, you can also type the team name in "Search" next to the magnifying glass at the top right and click on the team name.
Tip 2: If one of the team members recently completed their profile, you can go directly to your team page from the dashboard in "Last Profiles Made", by clicking on the team highlighted in blue, affiliated with your employee.
4. Click on the team menu, then on "Scan team"
5. You will arrive directly on the MapScan created automatically:
- a. click on the "Review" tab, to see individual maps
- b. click on the "All" tab, to see the collective map
The MapScan automatically saves to a "Auto" folder that you will find in MapDrive. If necessary, you can move your MapScanin the folder of your choice by swipe.
