How do I create a collective map and add/remove users to it?

1. 1. Open your MapScan where you want to manage your collective profile (Mapscan creation tutorial)

2. Click on "Add an element"

3. Select "Map"

4. Name your Map (optional)

5. Integrate desired users by searching by Company/Team/User. The + on the side of each team or company allows you to display the users of the team. The--to hide them.

If you click on a team or company, the entire team or company will be selected in the map.

You can check and check users at your convenience

6. Click on "Add"

7. You can change users and the name of your map at your convenience by clicking on the pencil, then checking and unchecking the users of your choice.
