How do I give visibility on the profiles of one company to another partner?
This article is intended for coaches or companies of coaches with multiple certified.
If your company has more than one certified, you should be aware that when a company is created, only you have access to the profiles for the company. To allow your certified colleagues to also access them, you must attach them to the company from their user record.
1. 1. Click on the certified user of your choice, his profile appears
2. From the user menu, click on "User"
3. Attach the user to the company of your choice
4. Click on "Add or Change Attachment"
5. Validate handling
When you add/modify the assignment of a company in which the partner works primarily (and not with), you must check the "Primary User's Main Company? ".
