The characteristics allow you to analyze the "game" by characterizing the desired dynamics for missions:
a position (e.g. management control) or role (e.g. ambassador of a transformation project)
a team, whether operational (e.g. a product launch) or functional (e.g. a sales team)
On a map identical to that of a profile, you have the opportunity to visualize these issues to facilitate the analysis of matches and deviations.
For the characterization of a role, you can define 4 RT5, 5 RC5 and 4 IRs5.
For the characterization of a team's issues, only RT5 and RC5s are possible.
For example:characteristics of a crisis manager position against the profile of a candidate #1
Two methods are available:
1. 1.from an empty map:o o oWork a blank slide in a MapScan, click "Add Item", choose the desired characterization (from the role or position OR mission of a team) and name it. You can then color the expected yourself.
To discover how to characterize the expectations of a role/post (map R5),click here.
To discover how to characterize the expectations of the missions of a team or organization (map R5),click here.
2.Through the Characterization Library:open a slide, click "Add Item", choose the desired characterization (from a role or position OR mission of a team) and name it. Once the blank map has appeared, click on the menu "..." then on "Model Library". Then select, on the tree to the left of your screen, the post/run or team characterization you want to view.
You can choose to keep the proposed character and close the library by clicking "Close Library", so that this map appears in your MapScan. Once in your slide, you can edit it at your convenience.
Good to know:
- Click once on the responsibility box to indicate an RT5
- Double-click on the accountability box to indicate a RC5
- Click a third time to indicate IR5
You also have the opportunity to customize the characterization and save it as a new model in your library. To do this, after selecting your model, click on "Edit". Then color the talents of your choice and explain in the description (to the left of the map) the reason why you want to add this expected. Finally, click on "Save As".
By clicking "Save As", you can save this character in one of the pre-existing folders:
models of your organization (file that bears the name of your company)
models specific to one of your clients (subfolder in the file that bears the name "My clients")
Customer folders are automatically created as a subfolder of"My customers" when your profile is linked to the company.
If your library's folder is not yet created, uncheck the existing â€folder' button, then enter the name of the new folder, hang it on a parent folder and confirm by clicking "Save As".
By closing the library, you will find your custom characterization in your Mapscan (on your slide).
It is important to note that the models offered in the map & match library are customizable, but once modified and saved, they are recorded either in your main company's files or in a customer folder (and therefore, visible to your colleagues in both cases).
To display the character description in your MapScan, create a text block by clicking "Add Item" then "Text", and copy/paste the description from the library into that block.
